I asked for a oil change and tire rotation, I also asked if they would CHECK the air filter, he said that was included in the 30000 mile check up, I was NEVER told they were going to change several things that I didn’t ask for and then charged me over $600 dollars , I have talked to 3 people at the phone and so far haven’t heard from anyone but some guy named Jeff who said he would get back with me, it’s been about 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from anyone, my wife and I fill liked Flow screwed us for things we didn’t ask for and got charged a lot of money. Also it probably don’t matter but we have bought 3 vehicles there and trading next year, depending on how this comes out.

Once you get a confirmed appointment the process is pretty smooth. I made the appointment on the FLOW app, but the dealership has to call you and tell you the appoint time is ok with what you requested on the app. Seems to defeat the purpose of having an app.

This is my first and last visit and it was not a good one waited 2 1/2 hour for just wheel balance even though I had appointment. I will not bring my buisness to this dealership because they charge me just to bringing my car to the service not an ethical at all.

Charged and car not repaired. Returned car and now told something else wrong and now bill is 3x original charge. Case opened.
